What is Finish Foil?
They are environmentally friendly pre-impregnated decorative papers that are suitable for various panel (chipboard, MDF, plywood, etc.) lamination and profile wrapping, stain and dirt resistant, and provide tape resistant finishing.
Technical
The decor and colors are gravure printed on special papers (40 – 100 g/m²) with environmentally friendly printing inks (water-based, free of heavy metals). Impregnated or post-impregnated product versions containing different resin types and special varnishes can be used for many different applications.
Finish Foil Door Features
The door frame is created from posts obtained from fir or pine trees. The inner part of the created door frame is supported with filler honeycombs and spars in order to increase the durability of the door leaf. 4 mm and 6 mm thick MDF surfaces covered with decorative paper are pressed into the door frame and turned into a 42 mm thick door leaf.
Door Frame
- It is made by covering decorative paper on 36 mm thick MDF.
Door Sill
- It can be produced with 8-10-12-14-16-18 mm thick and 8-10 cm wide MDF in plain, patterned or curved shapes. It is made by covering decorative paper in the same way as the door frame.
